We procured this season's selection with an eye to select clear and accessible taste profiles. From traditional to fruit basket, our coffees represent unique and delicious origin characteristics. We've spent months developing these coffees, we've discarded (drank) many cups that didn't quite make the mark- too dark, too light, baked, tipped, scorched, chipped, chewy, you name it- we have taken these coffees to their ends and back and we are sure they're ready to dance in your cup.
A roast-to-order program means we are committing to selling only freshly-roasted coffees. It means we roast a limited amount of our premium single origin coffees every two weeks- and when they run out, they’re sold out until we roast again in two weeks. Why two weeks? We think that’s the best range of time for our coffees to be consumed.
It may seem like a limiting decision but for us the trade-off is totally worth it: Never serve stale coffees. You’ll never buy a coffee from us directly that is roasted beyond two weeks- but you may find our coffee is delicious for many weeks after.
